Jeromie brings a strong mix of leadership and hands-on experience to the Conner Exteriors team. A Florida native, he’s spent most of his life in the Lakeland area and now lives in Bartow. Before joining the home improvement industry, he built a 26-year career with Spectrum, working his way into a leadership role.
With over six years in the industry and more than three years at Conner Exteriors, Jeromie has worked in multiple roles. He started as a subcontractor completing installs and now serves as Production Manager, helping keep projects running smoothly from start to finish. He enjoys the fast pace of the job and especially values working directly with homeowners to bring their ideas to life.
Jeromie appreciates the family-oriented atmosphere at Conner Exteriors and takes pride in being part of the team.
Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, playing pickleball, fishing, and spending time with his family and church. He and his wife, Laura, have been married for 18 years and have three children, Garrett and Emilee, while honoring the memory of their son Cameron.
