Kevin grew up in Tampa and has spent most of his life working and building businesses right here in Central Florida. After high school, he joined the U.S. Navy — a decision that helped shape the way he leads today. The discipline, accountability, and “do it right the first time” mindset he learned there still guide him in running the company.

After his time in the service, Kevin attended Hillsborough Community College and studied finance. Over the years, he started and ran a few businesses of his own, including a communications company in Lakeland. Those early experiences taught him a lot about responsibility, leadership, and taking care of customers.

Kevin joined Conner Exteriors in 1997 and has been part of the company’s growth for nearly three decades. While the business has grown, he believes the core of what they do hasn’t changed: treat people well, answer the phone with a smile, and complete every project as if it were your own home.

What he enjoys most is seeing a finished project and knowing the homeowner feels confident in their decision. For Kevin, it’s about doing honest work and building something that lasts.

When he’s not at work, you’ll likely find him fishing, golfing, hunting, or volunteering. His perfect day off? Being out on the water with his wife, Jennifer, and their three boys, Holden, Hunter, and Evan, boating and fishing out of South St. Pete.
